Dear Sir/Madam,
We are pleased to announce that the International Society for Psychology as the Discipline of Interiority (ISPDI) is holding an online conference this summer, July 8-11, 2021. The theme is “The Soul’s Logical Life,” chosen to mark 23 years since the publication of Wolfgang Giegerich’s landmark book of the same title.
Giegerich’s work has come to be known as a third wave within analytical psychology. Pushing off from Jung and Hillman, Giegerich has reinforced Jung’s insistence that psychology must be a ‘psychology with soul’ which has inspired an exciting discussion of elements of Jungian psychology, especially Jung’s post-alchemy work, yet to be developed.
We have 20 speakers scheduled to present during the four days, including the keynote lecture given by George Hogenson and special guest speakers Nanae Takenaka, Philip Kime, and Andrés Ocazionez.
We hope you can join us for this event and also ask that you share this information in your newsletter or mailing list to those who may be interested.
Registration for the conference has now begun. The schedule will be posted shortly. Please see the website for more information:  ispdi.org
If you have any questions, please email them to ispdi@gmail.com
